MobileHQ is excited to provide you with top quality, great value laptop spare parts, we're so confident in our products and services that we are providing a price match guarantee on a competitor's same stocked item!

How to request a price match:

Proof of competitor price must be provided by email to [email protected]

We must be able to verify the competitor's price, quality and product availability with the information provided. 

The below terms & conditions apply:

- Must be legitimate business competitors only, not individual sellers on online marketplaces.  

- The item must be in stock (in Austalia) with the competitor.

- The product must be of the same quality, condition and specification. 

- The product has similar produt return and warranty terms. 

- Does not apply to MacBook parts. 

- The competitors product is not on clearance discount or on a sale. 

- Cannot be used with any other specials or offers. 

MobileHQ reserves the right to reject any price match offer but will endeavour to always make a counter offer if possible. 

Price match is only valid on any products purchased after the program begun on 13th August 2024 and price match requests must happen before you checkout or make the purchase.
